My Review:

There’s nothing much good to watch except Hong Yoon-Hwa as Jung Joo-Ri and Jung Hye-Young as Hwang Geum-Hee. These characters made this K-Drama bearable to watch after 8 episodes of nothing much substantial and interesting plot and character development happening. And, if push comes to shove, the admiration for the friendship between Oh Ki-Dong and Baek Soo-Chang.

So, What do I Like About this K-Drama?

(1) The actors are okay and has done their best what they can do to save this drama to become a total garbage.

(2) At first it is enjoyable to watch a girl making a fool out of herself with a guy she loves. However, when the guy is cruel and the girl loses every ounce of pride and becomes really stupid about it, it gets tiring to watch over and over again every episode.

What I do Not Like About this K-Drama?

I watched this K-Drama because a lot of review sites with top 10’s or favorite k-dramas has this drama in the list, although, according to ratings when it was being shown it didn’t do well. Quite frequently I don’t put too much stock on tv ratings when it comes to dramas because most of the time my taste of what to watch doesn’t normally jive with tv ratings. I just use this to filter my search when I have nothing else that I really prefer to watch. But, alas, this time around, I agree with the ratings. I really have no idea why would one include this as part of their top 10. The only reason I can think of is that those people who loved this is probably 18 years old below. After more than 8 episodes of watching Oh Ha-Ni’s idiotic feelings for someone who is as egotistic as Baek Seung-Jo is just too much to bear. Regardless if Baek Seung-Jo is God’s gift to women but his insufferable and insensitive attitude is something I, personally, will not fall for let alone sustain for so many years, more so, plan my life around him. Baek Seung-Jo’s character is not really a lovable character while Oh Ha-Ni’s character is simply irritating after several episodes with not much change in the characters’ development. This is a K-Drama for teenagers because this is when we think arrogance in a guy is cool and loving a guy to the point of stupidity is alright. I fully regret wasting more than 8 hours of my life believing that this K-Drama will get better on the next episode.

Would I recommend this K-Drama? NO!!!
