I got to give credit to my love for Kwon Sang Woo for everything that made Korean Drama fascinating to me. Never even during my childhood years did I ever had such a crush on anyone to this extent that I am an avid fan. Although, I must say recently, the yummy Kwon Sang Woo has not been involved in a good K-Drama lately but I still love him anyway. So, this is my simple way of honoring him that’s all about the list of K-Dramas and Movies I’ve watched through all these years with my own set of standard ratings.
Before we move forward with my own ratings, you got to understand what my ratings means and my basis for it. I’m not artsy fancy that will dwell on how the film or drama is done. Because most of the time I find some reviews too technical that it got lost as to why a viewer would like to watch the movie or drama…after all…first and foremost…a good film or drama has to hold our interest and entertains us. Liking or even loving a certain film I believe is base on one’s personal taste and interest. Most especially as to why you particularly like it. So, I am rating what I watch base on my own personal taste and preferences especially as to the feeling it brings me while, during and after watching it. You can either agree or disagree but I believe what I will recommend you will generally like at the level I rated it which is for entertainment sake without the level of utterless stupidity or hopefully, at least you won’t feel you wasted your time watching it. For those K-Dramas and Movies that don’t have a review posted on my site, I hope you understand if you’ve read the “About Me” page, that these are all the things I’ve watched for the span of more than 14 years, so, unless I don’t have plans of doing anything else anymore except this, then, I can probably posts a review for all of it, and in the premise if I’m even interested in watching again all of them to give you a decent review without giving spoilers. I don’t monetize this site and do it for the sake of my own pleasure, so, you know that I review them exactly the way I see them. For the K-Dramas and Movies that have a blank ratings, these are the dramas and films I am planning to watch but haven’t gotten around on watching it yet.
5 Stars– I end up not sleeping and has to finish the drama non-stop plus needs to have a copy of it so I can re-watch it. I can remember the story long before I’m done with it. I can also consider watching it again.
4 Stars– I don’t fast forward to the ending and watch it through out.
3 Stars– I watch it because it is interesting but don’t feel a certain connection.
2 Stars– I watch but fast forward on certain scenes just to find out the ending of the story
1 Star– I watch it but after a few episodes I will drop it due to no interest whatsoever on what will happen. I don’t even care about the ending.
