My Review:

I have been trying to find previous k-dramas of Jang Ki Yong as I became a fan after watching him at “My Mister”. I stumble on 2 of his works that’s from Naver, “We Broke Up” and this. “We Broke Up” had good ratings and been raved to be good but, honestly, I prefer this one. In fact, I was glad I accidentally discovered this because it was really good.

So, What do I Like About this K-Drama?

(1) Kang Seung Yoon is also the leading man in “We Broke Up” but I like him better here. He shows more depth in acting his character, Yoo Joon Woo, and truly has a nice voice. He also has more chemistry with Hwang Seung Eon than Sandara Park in “We Broke Up”.

(2) I thoroughly enjoyed the portrayal of Hwang Seung Eon as Pyun Mi Jo. She made Pyun Mi Jo more than a 2-dimensional character and made her role believable.

(3) Jang Ki Yong never ceases to amaze me with his talent in acting. Even in his earlier roles such as this, he still captures the essence of the character he plays like Jason here. Initially, I thought he was just an extra and has a shallow role, his demeanor is even cutesy which made it even great because he successfully led me to be surprised in the end how pivotal his character was to the story.

(4) I appreciate Kim Hee Jung as Yun Ji because her character truly embodies the meaning of love even if it is unrequited.

(5) I love the OST.

What I do Not Like About this K-Drama?
For a romcom that is short and sweet, what is not to like? It was entertaining and good that I finished watching all 10 episode in one go and slept contented afterwards.

Would I recommend this K-Drama? Yes
