Synopsis:

Oh Chang Min came from a family of doctors and his uncle owns Woosu University Hospital. He was a medical student when he met Oh Jin Hee, who is a nutritionist. They click and fell in love even against Oh Chang Min mother’s wishes he proceeded and married Oh Jin Hee. Unfortunately, within a year of their marriage, it broke down due to a variety of difficulties they encountered as a married couple and they were too young to handle them. So, they got divorced and went on with their lives until they met again at WSUH as medical interns. They have so much unresolved issues between them that initially they were in each other’s throats until they realized that things could be better if they finally settle the past and find if they can still have a future together.

My Review:

I watched this k-drama because it was highly recommended by a lot of review sites that I visit. It is a good thing I tried to watch it after delaying so much to do so because I throughly enjoyed it from start to finish. It was one of the k-dramas that tackles about real issues in life yet entertaining to watch.

So, What do I Like About this K-Drama?

(1) I love the chemistry between Song Ji Hyo as Oh Jin Hee and Choi Jin Hyuk as Oh Chang Min. They are believable in the characters they play and one will root for them to become a couple again even after what they went through as a married couple.

(2) It tackles a lot of real issues in marriage and its difficulty if you don’t have the love, support, respect and trust of your partner especially if the in-law gets in the way of things.

(3) I admire the pacing of this k-drama especially on how the characters of Oh Jin Hee and Oh Chang Min are able to address their feelings and relationship with each other. It didn’t happen so quickly as they have to resolve their feelings but it also didn’t happen too long that one will get bored waiting for it to happen.

(4) I like Yoon Sung Sook’s character, Oh Chang Min’s mother. Her character development has been true to itself. It didn’t change just because it needs to be change to have a happy ending but it went to a realistic transformation base on what’s happening, thus, making it more believable.

(5) I enjoy the supporting characters and their stories. It enhances the main story line rather than being distracting and annoying.

What I do Not Like About this K-Drama?

There’s really nothing much I can complain about on this k-drama. If there are technical and other issues to some, for me, it was fully entertaining and believable on its issues especially on working out things in a marriage.

Would I recommend this K-Drama? A Definite Yes.
