My Review:

I always like Nam Goong Min as an actor especially when he plays roles like this. It suits him. There are some nuances on this k-drama that would normally irritates me to no end due to improbable and unrealistic medical protocols and practices but I ended up forgiving them because the entirety of this k-drama is very entertaining to watch.

(1) Nam Goong Min excellently played his role here on this k-drama. Although, it is not totally surprising as he is one of those actors who really got the talent, but, still he was on his element on this k-drama. He, actually, made this k-drama work even if half of the time, one will need to leave certain logic out of the door.

(2) The supporting casts are engaging and made the story gel together especially Kim Byung Chul as Sun Min Shik and Park Eun Suk as Lee Jae Hwan.

(3) I always like a fast pace k-drama with not much lull in between.

(4) I like that each characters have a backend story that serves to explain to audience why he/she the way he/she is. The backend stories also serve as secondary stories.

What I do Not Like About this K-Drama?

It is a good thing that I was entertained by this k-drama otherwise I would have hit the roof on how ridiculous some of the situations the director and writer created such as someone entering a surgery room unsterile and unannounced, more so, a superior doctor forcing a surgeon to leave an emergency brain surgery, nonetheless, to treat a supposed VIP client for minor cuts. There are more illogical situations created medically and judicially that really seem ridiculous to make them probable but I must say they successfully executed the k-drama for me to ignore them as the k-drama was simply entertaining. That’s saying something from someone who is on the medical field, thus, leave your logic behind when you watch this k-drama and go with the ride.

Would I recommend this K-Drama? Yes
