My Review:

It is my first time to watch a noona K-Drama and I must say I was delighted by this K-Drama story. It tackled a lot of issues that one can really encounter when there’s age and social economics difference between a couple especially if the woman is the one much older and successful. Although, there’s still a touch of unreal about it and took liberty on cinematic license to make the story fun and hopeful.

So, What do I Like About this K-Drama?

(1) I’ve always love Uhm Jung-Hwa as an actress. She’s very good at what she does and not afraid to do intimate scenes which do well in adult theme dramas and movies. And, this K-Drama is not an exception to what she does well.

(2) Uhm Jung-Hwa is the female version of Eric Moon. She does kissing scenes in the K-Drama world that is real and not a freeze-frame kiss on the lips. Her physical scene with Park Seo-Joon was as hot as one can get in a K-Drama shown in television.

(3) The way the story tackled the issues was sensitively done in a light and enjoyable manner especially with a woman falling in love with a younger man. The on-screen chemistry between Uhm Jung-Hwa and Park Seo-Joonwas was so great that it doesn’t gross you out looking at an older woman kissing a much younger man.

(4) There’s no episodes that will bore you out of your skull or lull in scenes because all the actors are quite pleasurable to watch including their stories. Even the love life of Ban Ji-Yeon’s mother is delightful and a way to make all of us children to realize that our parents are human too. That our mother is a woman first before she’s our mother and same goes with our father, a man first before being anybody else. They too deserve to be happy especially if their better half already passed away.

(5) The OST is nice and light.

What I do Not Like About this K-Drama?There’s not a lot I do not like. It is not totally perfect but I rarely notice them because I’m so engaged in being entertained to make an issue of it.

Would I recommend this K-Drama? A definite yes.
