My Review:

My Sassy Girl is my introduction to the realm K-Movies and Dramas addiction. This is the main culprit why I became addicted to the Korean film industry. They say that it is easier to make people cry than to make them laugh. I believe that is true. Friends, the American sitcom, is one of the very few that can truly make ma laugh no matter how many times I re-watch it. Its comedy is so situational that its comedy is not force nor ridiculous. My Sassy Girl is like that to me. This K-Movie is simply hilarious and so great that when the credits came up on the screen, I was literally sad that the fun ended. But, what a great ending!!! No wonder that everyone are in agreement that this one of the best K-Movies of all times. It made both Chae Tae-Hyun and Jun Ji-Hyun a household name not only in Korea but globally. Their acting were so exceptional that they both brought life into characters. Lesser actors would probably made this a slapstick movie. My Sassy Girl is one of the K-Films that catapulted Korean Films and Dramas into global mainstream. Doing a review on a film that is so perfectly done is quite difficult because no words can justify its greatness. This is actually remade into an American film version. In my opinion just like Il Mare’s American Film Version, The Lake House, My Sassy Girl’s American Film version is not even in any league whatsoever on the original Korean version of My Sassy Girl. I would like to give justice on how I can fully review this film…but…all I can say is…what are you still reading my review…go and watch it…NOW!!!

Would I recommend this K-Movie? Watch it NOW!
