My Review:

As there seems to have a drought when it comes to good k-dramas in a romcom genre, I tend to get attracted now in watching suspense thrillers or detective genre. They have better story lines and quite exciting to watch. “Less the Evil” is another exceptional suspense or crime k-drama. It was very good from start to finish.

So, What do I Like About this K-Drama?

(1) I must give salute to the exceptional talents of Shin Ha Kyoon as Woo Tae Suk and Lee Sul as Eun Sun Jae. They both made this k-drama interesting to watch especially when they are together in the scene and having direct interaction with each other.

(2) The supporting characters excellently did there roles and provided much enhancement to the story especially Kim Gun Woo as Jang Hyung Min and Park Ho San as Jun Choon Man. Both got really into my nerves and started to look forward to either their characters’ demise or incarceration. That’s how effective they were as a villain.

(3) The flow of the story is fast pace and consistent. Salute to the director and the writer who did a bang up job to make the entire series riveting and entertaining to watch.

(4) There were much human violations done by the police but the production was able to successfully create empathy to the characters even if what they are doing are wrongful under the rule of law.

(5) There are quite a lot of situations that will make the audience think if one is on that position, what one will do. This is more apparent on the case of Kang Woo Joon. It was very provocative wherein one will think one’s position and decision to what one will vote when one is experiencing that specific circumstances. It pushes your mind to ask yourself and reveals your own truth.

What I do Not Like About this K-Drama?

There’s not much I can say that’s so glaring to make this k-drama less than great that I think it is.

Would I recommend this K-Drama? Yes
