My Review:

I have been impress with Ji Chang-Wook ever since I watched him in the K-Drama Healer and on this K-Drama he even impressed me more. This K-Drama started with not a second of boring moments and continually increase its level of excitement in every episode. TvN has continually as well made me want to watch their K-Dramas because they do produce great ones. Most I’ve seen are really good and executed brilliantly. I believe this station is indeed a trend leader, too bad it is a cable channel and their dramas are not as exposed as the rest of the K-Dramas seen in regular channels.

So, What do I Like About this K-Drama?

(1) It was action-packed from beginning to end. The story is tight and all the characters are interesting. There’s no side stories that drags and obviously done just to prolong the drama. In fact you won’t even notice the time has passed and will want more once the episode ends.

(2) All the actors are quite great but I must take my hat off to the two actors, Ji Chang-Wook as Kim Je-Ha or K2 and Song Yun-Ah as Choi Yoo-Jin. Song Yun-Ah is quite spectacular as a villain and her talent is so impressive as she brings Choi Yoo-Jin’s character into life.

(3) It is one of the very few political drama that I indeed truly enjoy. It depicts what is very current of the real world’s political arena. My cynical side is fully satisfied because it does show how the public gets manipulated by politicians.

(4) The action scenes are terrific. It was totally done brilliantly.

(5) There’s element of unpredictability and surprises even at the end. I am totally happy I wasted my time following this K-Drama.

What I do Not Like About this K-Drama?
As a whole there’s really not much I can complain about. However, there’s certain human powers that K2 exudes that is borderline impossible but I can certainly forgive it and just chuck it off as cinematic license.
(1) I am not very into the actress they used as the leading lady of K2, Im Yoona as Go Anna, although, she’s not that bad but I wish they used someone else more interesting.

(2) I wish this K-Drama has more episodes.

Would I recommend this K-Drama?
A 100% Resounding YES.
