My Review:
I watched this k-drama because of Yoon Eun Hye. I always like her since I’ve watched her in “Coffee Prince” k-drama. I was interested about her growth as an actress and it’s been awhile since I’ve seen her in a project that made me at least interested to watch. Unfortunately, this is a k-drama that I shouldn’t have seen her be a part of. In a way, it diminishes her quality as an actress and the way she decides the type of roles she should be in.
So, What do I Like About this K-Drama?
(1) This k-drama doesn’t really offer much different from all the previous romcoms previously done but, unlike “The Third Charm” that disinterested me so much that I stopped watching it, this k-drama, though, typical and unoriginal it may seem to be evolve into something I just want to watch for entertainment sake because of the chemistry between the lead actors, Chun Jung Myung and Yoon Eun Hye. They are the ingredients that though the story has been done a thousand times before with just different flavours, they successfully made it their own and entertaining at least to watch.
(2) I like the easy breezy flow of the story. It wasn’t that heavy and can be enjoyed with amusement.
(3) I like the OST.
What I do Not Like About this K-Drama?
I wasn’t able to finish watching every episode of this k-drama because it painstakingly not so good and totally passe’, thus, I didn’t really want to wast may time to watch it and rather do something productive for a change.
(1) It initially started with such promise to be good then it became shallow and dragging with such typical scenarios that the only thing left why I still watch it is Yoon Eun Hye.
(2) It is like watching the 1980’s k-dramas with stereo typical villains who are more irritating than interesting.
(3) Joo Woo Jae is probably a good actor but on this k-drama as Sung Hoon, he’s just a 3rd fiddle that can’t win brownie points with me as audience and someone I couldn’t really care less. I have no idea why he got him as the second fiddle.
(4) It keeps on having having flashbacks that just have recently been seen. It is obviously just to fill time but, honestly, wasting my time.
Would I recommend this K-Drama? No
