My Review:
I love Ji Chang-Wook especially watching him in an action drama or movie. Thus, how can I not watch this movie?
So, What do I Like About this K-Movie?
(1) Ji Chang-Wook, of course, being one of the best actors I believe in Korea provided a stellar performance. He made the movie exciting and entertaining to watch.
(2) The special effects and the action scenes are spectacularly done. It was like made for hollywood scenes. It was good to watch it.
(3) I have to make a special mention to Oh Jung-Se as Min Cheon-Sang who’s really good in this film as a villain. He made a difference in his role.
What I do Not Like About this K-Movie?
This movie is not without a flaws. It would have been better if they provided certain background story on the other characters and provided some plausible explanation on how they can afford all these high tech gadgets and found the time to build them. For instance, the car was done so incredulously well but without any explanation on how they can do that. There are a lot of why and how questions that weren’t really answered because the movie was so focused on making the action scenes exciting and the details needed for the story to make it realistic didn’t become important. However, it is indeed entertaining to watch, you just have to shut your mind on certain questions to make you fully believe what is happening.
Would I recommend this K-Movie? Yes, for entertainment sense and if you love Ji Chang-Wook like I do.
